Before the court is a contested probate proceeding in the estate of Alexander MacLeman ("decedent"). Karen MacLeman Morgese ("Karen"), one of decedent's three children and a nominated co-executor under an instrument executed on April 3, 2001 ("instrument"), has offered that instrument for probate. Karen's two siblings, John MacLeman ("John"), a nominated co-executor under the instrument, and William MacLeman ("William"), have each filed objections to probate.*fn1
