¶1. Dean Snodgrass appeals from an order denying his petition for certiorari review of the Department of Corrections' decision to revoke his probation. Snodgrass argues the administrative law judge (ALJ) acted in an "arbitrary, oppressive, or unreasonable manner" when he revoked Snodgrass's probation.*fn1 Because substantial evidence supported the ALJ's decision, we reject Snodgrass's argument and affirm the circuit court's order.
