Uhock v. Sleitweiler

opinion, the Supreme Court granted a motion to publish by an
order dated January 13, 1989, pursuant to Rule 7.04 (1988 Kan.
Ct. R. Annot. 32). This is a consolidation of two appeals by plaintiffs from
orders of the trial court dismissing third-party defendant Sherve
and dismissing the garnishment filed against National Indemnity
Company.
