I really enjoy books like this that avoid the fluff and get straight to the point. That's why you buy an informational book so why can't more authors be like this and give you the details without the junk. The book contains very specific advice and provides step by step instructions to get to a better place. It's specific, practical and really well written. I would buy more from this author.

Last TWENTY pages of this book were either short excerpts from or advertisements for other books from the author. The tips listed in this book were nothing special, just googling low self esteem would give one more information. I felt disappointed and buyer's remorse.
