Hon. John Kofi Tweneboah is a prominent Ghanaian politician and a presidential aspirant. His Oxbridge education and family connections in post-independent Africa brings him to the pinnacle of power. Soon, he finds himself at the precipice of self-destruction. How did he get here? He attempts to export to the United States the privileges of the skirt that his local political power bestows him. It backfires. But John is savvy, astute and agile. He challenges the validity of this entrapment in a protracted transnational legal dispute. In the process, he gives credence to the fact that the back of the cat never touches the ground!
