A cultured sprint through romance
Hope, an art gallery director, is in disbelief when Jerome, the K-9 unit lieutenant, is right in front of her when he comes to further investigate the theft of a painting frim the gallery. As the story progresses old sparks ignite, she keeps trying to insert herself into the case, and just because a line is drawn, it does not mean it will not be wiped away. Lexy Parker took a cultured sprint through romance in Under His Direction. I am loving this series and this author.

Under His Direction
In this quick read we go on an undercover operation to find the stolen piece of art. Lieutenant Jerome Harkness is in the Portland Police Department K9 Unit with his partner Teddy, who is a five year old Belgian Shepherd. Teddy is trained on art and antiquities. Jerome hasn’t seen hope since he graduated early and left Portland over fifteen years ago.
Hope is the gallery director and lives above the gallery in an apartment. Hope and Jerome were high school sweethearts. The art gallery Hope works at had a painting stolen.
