Under the Tree

A few days before Christmas, Officer Liz Lockhart is called to a robbery in progress. When she arrives at the scene, the suspect has disappeared, and a woman lay dead in her living room, surrounded by shredded wrapping paper and opened gifts.

When Detective Swafford arrives to work the case, he asks Liz to work with him as part of her training. They follow clues that lead them to a perpetrator with an unforgettable motive for murder.
