Unexpected Access

I got my first camera when I was 14 years old, thanks to my mother.  By the time my twin brother Don and I had been drafted into the Vietnam War and completed our service to the country, I knew what I wanted to do with my life.  The 70’s gave life to my teenage dreams to be a well-known photojournalist and accomplished photographer. There were many stops on my journey which is in it’s 47th year and 6th decade.  Some of my 70’s stops included photographing President Jimmy Carter, The Temptations, Ike & Tina Turner, The Commodores, Muhammad Ali, Don King, Marvin Gaye, Van McCoy, Donna Summer, the US Congress, events at the White House, Curtis Mayfield, Graham Central Station, Cicely Tyson, Teddy Pendergrass, Barry White, Al Green and many, many more.  “Unexpected Access The 70’s”, my 4th Apple Book, and my 6th book overall, pays tribute to the decade that helped me get my feet wet, matured me, tutored me and established my professional resume’.
