United States Constitution 2.0

This is a proposal for a more modern, updated Constitution for the United States, one which attempts to remove the vague old English terminology, as well as update the rules for citizenship, electing the President and Congress and the Supreme Court. There are more specifics in relation to gun laws, discrimination, the separation of church and state which fit more into the society in which we live and address some of the challenges which we face in the 21st Century. This is a beginning, not a perfect document, one which should be streamlined and improved by other citizens who I believe should be asked to do this, NOT the wealthy and professional citizens and lawyers who are responsible for the problems which exist in the present document.
