United States V. Jemmott

Appellant, Francina Margarita Jemmott, having had her motion to suppress evidence denied, pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine and cocaine base (crack) in violation of Title 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), was sentenced to 120 months and appeals, alleging error in the trial court's refusing to suppress controlled substances discovered in her shoulder bag by officers of the Fayetteville, North Carolina Police Department upon the appellant's arrival at the Fayetteville Airport.
