United States v. Locascio

Defendants-appellants John Gotti and Frank Locascio appeal from judgments of conviction entered on June 23, 1992 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Glasser, J.). They also appeal from the district courts October 30, 1992 order denying their motion for a new trial and a subsequent denial of a renewed motion for a new trial.
