Christmas just ain't Christmas for realtor, Zoe Gerard. Dumped by her fiance, Ronnell, ten days before Christmas, Zoe and her best friend Tara embarks on a holiday vacation at the Meadowbrooke Wintry Resort in North Carolina to escape her heartache woes. However, as the duo goes to gather some holiday cheer, Zoe is taken aback when she runs across Bryan Locke, one of the resort's owners.
