The Phoenix Curse, parts 1,2, and 3
Really good story. Sympathetic characters, detestable villains, really good zombies. A nice twist with the zombies. Mysterious source of infection and interesting side effects for exposed survivors. The world building creates the feeling of an environment of desolation and ruin. I felt some frustration with some of the characters decisions, but honestly, they were reasonable. Some of the emotional response in dialogue were a tiny bit sing. But all in all, I really enjoyed all the books. Thanks.
