Vegetarian Simply Delicious
I like the ease of use in this ibook cookbook. It has a good amount of content that makes it a true value and offers a variety of recipes highlighting international cuisines. The recipes appear simple and use standard ingredients. The enhanced chapter openers set the tone for the recipes contained in that chapter. My favorite recipe is the Pesto Pizza with sweet corn and tomatoes. A friendly cookbook even if not of the vegetarian lifestyle.
I love all kinds of foods, but I do enjoy taking a break from meat and experimenting with different veggie recipes. This ebook is broken down by similar recipes making it easy to find recipes by cultural background or ingredient. The ebook provides a lot of variety of types of recipes and difficulty level. Plus, it includes fun animations and recipe videos!
