Vibrational Shifts

This book is a collection of 25+ poems I've accumulated over the years, conveying the continuously occurring vibrational shifts of my life. Everything, including us, is made up of energy. All things and people hold a vibrational frequency. The molecules in our body are constantly vibrating, creating electromagnetic energy waves. These energetic shifts hold distinct low and high vibrations, influencing our thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Each poem was written in a moment of despair or happiness along my journey of life. You'll witness the highest highs and lowest lows with the imagery my words depict; experiencing the emotional energy with every read.
