“Victory” tells how to eliminate Islamists before they endanger the future of America. It points out past errors of diplomats working through failed governments and the use of conventional War forces. Author Sam C. Holliday fought as an infantryman in Korea and Vietnam, was a force planner in the Pentagon, and the first Director of Stability Studies at the Army War College. After sixty years of research and reflection on conflict and cooperation, he presents his ideas on how to defeat the Third Jihad.
