Vidtionary: Video Dictionary ABC 78

“ABC 78” is a made-for-iPad compilation by Vidtionary: A Video Dictionary. Featured here are video definitions for 78 words, three for each of the 26 letters of the alphabet. 


As Vidtionary envisions it, a video dictionary is a collection of short videos devoted to defining words by showing various a scenes illustrating a word’s meaning and presenting the text of the word itself in a visually meaningful way. 


Vidtionary is for anyone who is studying English. We think visuals are important for language learners of all ages. Vidtionary can be utilized by native speakers of English and ESL/EAL (English as a Second/Another Language) leaners alike. Hopefully, anyone with an interest in visual literacy will be pleased to discover Vidtionary.
