This book is an amazing read. As a leader myself, it helped to remind me of what’s truly important when it comes to influential leadership. Lorenzo does an outstanding job detailing what steps need to be taken to inspire people to be their best in their career and life.
Wonderful read and very clear
This book was an amazing read. Very concise and clear as to what it takes to be a leader that stands out. Beyond that, the author makes it clear that this book serves many different purposes along with those who are responsible for direct reports, looking to enhance or change their approach to leadership style within their organizations, looking to generate more results with your current team, or simply looking to get motivated within their own career. This is a book I can see myself reading over again and/or using as a reference. Also found out the author has a podcast as well, so there is that to look forward to.
