Thank you for this book, I am a supply pastor for Rosine United Methodist Church in Rosine KY I am 60 yrs old and this is my second year of pastoring. I was called some 27 yrs ago and did everything except what I was called to do. I have been struggling with ways to rekindle the ministry at Rosine and this book has given me some very good insight. I am generally not a reader but I read this entire book in less than a week ,I couldn't put it down. I have already started a vision map thank you IHS Mike Baldwin
