Give it 30 minutes, and it may change your life. You will discover dozens of unhealthy behaviors and how to fix them forever with healthy behaviors.

I discovered how to get rid of my shame, guilt, anxiety, depression that came from not having the simple tools in this book.

This book is a “bible” you can buy for yourself or for others. I’ve taken dozens of screenshots to remember what to get rid of in my life and what to focus on.

I believe this book can help you like yourself more, help you improve other peoples’ self esteem, help you hire better people, help you train your employees, help you “train” your clients, and help you live a better life.
