Zero Features???

I purchased this book for My own research purposes, and Yes - it is helping Me….

Problem is that unlike the other books I’ve purchased in the Apple Books app, this book doesn’t seem to have any of the features that allow Me to enhance readability or highlight anything ~

And there doesn’t appear to be any hope for adding a Note etc….

So, with a price under $5 dollars, it does bridge a couple of major gaps in My knowledge base - - however the size of the text on the page; and the standard levels of functionality that I’ve become accustomed to with My Apple devices is not here.

The app seems rushed and unconcerned. It operates like a Screenshot that cannot be manipulated. Not even the 2 or 3 finger swipe feature works. When I attempt it the whole book turns sideways and upside down ~

Thank You so much for the very useful information, which I am walking through now, even though it’s NOT in a style that I am accustomed to, nor have I been able to append a Note to anything…. I’m working on it, so back Your bus up ~
