Mixed Bag
I put this book away after reading the following quote from the book. “You also don't need to pay attention to the overall trend because swing and long-term investment levels are strong enough to change the course of a strong trend.” What??? A terrible thing to write in a book. It is also all about Forex, something I didn’t really know prior to purchase. As others have mentioned, there is also an emphasis on selling you his software. I don’t buy anybody’s services I just read books, watch videos, read/watch news, and use my broker’s trading software. I’ve since come back to the book in search of more info on volume profile than the Villahermosa book provides. It is helping a little and there were also a couple of tidbits I picked up in the news analysis section. It’s not a core learning book for me but one I will skim through a few chapters to see if there is anything enlightening.
