Garnishment -- check held by attorney subject to lien of his fee not garnishable. An unpaid check in the hands of a payee upon which, and upon the proceeds of which he has a lien, but a part of the proceeds of which will when collected belong to his client, does not constitute garnishable money or property. The payee's liability to his client is contingent upon the check's being paid.
