A delightful walking and eating guide, illustrated with scores of photographs, ideal for short-break holidays. 10 walks and 2 excursions are described, as are restaurants/hotels en route (with sample menus). There are walking maps, photographs of restaurant exteriors and interiors and of each restaurant’s recommended dishes. Following each restaurant entry is one or more of their recipes, (all tested and known to ‘work’) to be made in self-catering accommodation or at home.
