John Edwards spent 20 years of his life as a drug addict and alcoholic in Dublin Ireland. At times he was homeless, suicidal, abused, admitted to psychiatric hospitals. He's suffered from cancer twice, and has had a liver transplant. During that time he witnessed many of his friends and loved ones dying.

He then experienced an incredible encounter with God and although was still addicted for 3 years after his conversion to Christ he has now been sober for over 23 years.

John has set up several Christian rehabilitation centers, homeless outreach and feeding centers.
