Though nearly 100 years old, the ideas, concepts, and observations laid out here are still applicable to our current global crisis of two U.S.-allied nations warring simultaneously. Using statistics and income reports that span the years prior to and proceeding WWI, retired Major-General Butler explains how a select number of domestic businesses have profited greatly from the horrors of war since the early 1900s. He offers a solution to these corrupt practices that, unfortunately, may come too late.
