Okay, I really liked this whole series but there is so much left unsaid in this last book. When you’ve been following characters for 9 books you need more closure and this ignored the follow up on several main characters. I thought the battle scene was well done and good realizations by key players but the relationships that had been forming were all ignored or left to the readers imagination. Even Kalaneks long struggle (talks with Jhorn and interest in Onika) was completely glossed over. It was as if whether a character lived or died in the final battle was all you needed to know. It’s unfortunate because it was a GREAT series. Just didn’t finish out well.
