WASHED AWAY

RC Boldt is officially the queen of romantic suspense! My goodness Washed Away is outstanding! I was instantly intrigued from the moment I read the blurb and let me tell you, this book exceeded my expectations.

Washed Away is a story of mystery, vengeance, loss, betrayal and heartache. It was a slow build that had me on the edge of my seat with curiosity. And it was certainly worth the wait because when the storyline unfolded and the secrets and plot twists were revealed, I was in utter jaw dropping shock. Liam and Alexandra were unexpected characters who were mysterious in their own right. They were explosive together (especially their sexy times) and passionate for each other bu their bond was stronger. And there’s a reason for that. Both of them have a quest for vengeance due to past events.

This engaging and suspenseful romance was meaningful and filled with so much depth. It goes without saying that Washed Away is one of my top favorite books written by RC Boldt and it’s definitely one of my favorite reads of 2021.

This is the story of a woman washing up on a foreign shore with absolutely no memory of who she is.

This story will take you on a total mind trip, with some bold and smexy times along the way. This is about reinventing yourself. 

Dr. Liam King is an enigma; he is an island, he lives alone and prefers it this way. Until a woman arrives broken on his shore, and he learns what it means to love.

I love how Ms. Boldt wrote this story, the flow, and the interspersing of hints of the past. This story is fraught with mystery and intrigue that will keep you guessing until the very end. The hints and innuendos are lovely little teasers that bring even more to the story.  I found myself going back and re-reading pages and chapters to see if I missed anything, and that is something I rarely do.

This story had me immersed in the author's world, and I didn't want to put this down until the very end—definitely one of my best reads of 2021.

As a side note, I am hoping that a particular secondary character gets his own story.  I would love to read it!

You’re hooked from the very first page. You get entangled in the story, you can not put this book down.

Mysterious, angsty, Washed Away is all consuming. You need answers and you can only get them by devouring this gripping story!

RC Boldt has become one of my top 10 all time favorite authors. Her stories have so much depth and so many different emotions. The attention to detail that RC puts into these stories have you feeling as if you are in her world. You are part of this story. I absolutely couldn’t put it down.

Liam King finds a beautiful woman who has washed up on his property. Him being the island doctor, helps to heal her back to good health. If only he wasn’t attracted to his patient. If only she could remember who she is.
