MALLERY, J. -- This is an appeal from a judgment of the court notwithstanding the verdict of the jury in favor of the plaintiff, the Washington Chocolate Co., in the sum of fifteen hundred dollars, in an action against Canterbury Candy Makers, for damages for loss of profits, arising by reason of defendants breach of its contract with the plaintiff to purchase all of defendants requirements for chocolate coating over a period of five years. Plaintiff appeals.
