This was the first book that I read by Dean Koontz and I loved it. I then started to read the rest of his books. However, this one is still my favorite.
I first read this book as a young adult, intrigued by the notion of a chief character being a canine. My mother had, and has, Koontz’ entire collection. I have read many of his works as well. This book is the first that I remember wanting to reread as soon as I finished the last page. This is and will ever be my favorite book.
