Though not up to Robinson's best, this entry smoothly blends careful police work and astute psychological observations.

Loved it....
I really enjoyed this book. I'm a true DCI Banks fan. I was afraid that it wasn't going to hold my attention, but I was wrong. I couldn't put it down. My only complaint is that he hasn't found true love yet.
