This book makes me feel better
It is absolutely refreshing to finally have a fitness expert who addresses real life and how to deal with it without shame. The Way In is a godsend for me who doesn't have the time to exercise the way normal people do and shows me how to eat what I WANT to eat, not what everyone else says I should eat. The five life strategies she shares are exceptionally easy to understand and adopt. I'm already down two pant sizes and my Apple Watch tells me I've exceeded my goals every day! Thank you Andrea!
