I would have really enjoyed it had Tobias moved on with anyone, but Christina even Cara was a better option at least they had something in common other that grief.
Absolutely not
When your gf dies date her best friend I guess. I swear like two pages are dedicated to describing Christina’s hair. Fourtris is better than this Fourcris 😭
At least Christina was a Candor and can be honest and admit she wants Tobias to shut up and move on.
This brought me a sense of peace
It’s definitely controversial but it’s also a realistic circumstance. After five years of Tris’s death, Tobias is learning to move on and find peace. I don’t think anyone should spend the rest of their lives miserable and alone after a partner’s death. I wouldn’t want my husband to suffer. I would want him to find happiness and companionship in whoever can successfully give it to him and if that’s my bestfriend, so be it. Great book, Veronica! Thank you for giving Tobias the peaceful life he deserves!
