Publisher Description
Are any of us beyond forgiveness? A sexual addiction, a father's death, the building paranoia of being followed, and being held responsible for a family tragedy. Featuring six different stories, We Can't Go Home Again follows seven broken individuals desperately seeking redemption and a second chance as they learn the greatest injuries inflected in life are not of the flesh, but of the heart.

With Ribbons of Hope
As I read Max Dubinsky's "We Can't Go Home Again" I did so gripped to the pages and at times with tears streaming down my face. With a dark rawness and a ribbon of hope throughout, Max writes the stories of individuals I could have known. Or even could have become. A quick and yet poignant must read.
Transparent & Raw
"We Can't Go Home Again" lays it down like it is. Real characters in real situations, broken and nearly without hope. This collection of shorts reflects much of what our lives are about: searching for meaning where there seems to be none and dealing with it.
Occasional hints of light bring clarity within the vast darkness and seeming void of reason which we find ourselves in day to day. Keep an eye on Max Andrew Dubinsky, this is just getting started.
Great collection
A wonderful collection of short stories. The stories all felt so real like something you've personally experienced or know someone who has. Well worth the price
