I randomly found Hannah on you tube and I’m obsessed. I’ve been a vegetarian for 5 years and have been wanting to eliminate dairy but it can be hard. I always feel like I don’t know what to eat and it’s hard to “diet” when you need to basically cut dairy out of your diet. There isn’t many platforms to help with vegan weight loss. I’ve struggled with my weigh my whole life so I’m exited to buy all her books to get me on the right track!
