Wealthy Socialite Louisa Mayflower Smith has it all: a home on Sydney's North Shore, a new degree in engineering, and three lucrative job offers to choose from. But when Louisa takes a solo journey to the Northern Territory and gets arrested, she can't charm - or buy - her way out of it because Daddy has cut off her credit cards.

Stranded, Louisa must work off a Community Service Order by escorting ten juvenile offenders on a guided tour of the outback designed to teach them respect for the territory and its people. Louisa has a background in private school, nannies, housemaids and chauffers and has never met a juvenile offender, never mind knowing how to interact or even talk with them. To make matters worse, she's attracted to Warren George, their uptight, moral and absolutely gorgeous Indigenous tour guide.

This is no pleasure trip. Lives are at stake. Will Louisa learn to take responsibility or is Warren right and she's really just another 'rich, snooty, white bitch' which he accuses her of being? This tour will guide her into places she never knew existed.
