This is the story of Beatrice, Marco and Giacomo.

Bea works as a receptionist at a delightful country inn and it is there that she meets Marco, a talented and romantic chef, whose only certainties in life are his passion for his job and, above all, his love for Beatrice.
The relationship between them soon becomes more than just a special friendship, and they find themselves swept away by an all - consuming passion that leads Beatrice towards a dramatic turning point in her life.
After ten years of regrets and things left unsaid, the two ex-lovers meet again, bringing unresolved problems to the surface.
Finally, Beatrice will have to face up to the choices she made and the truths she hid, challenging the very existences of the three main characters and their respective beliefs.
