A good book to read for employees AND management

The examples/ templates are very helpful. If you have a bit of time during your work day, pick up the book and give it a bit of a read. I definitely came away from it learning a few things I will use in my work.

Short and Sweet

Short, sweet, and to the point. Great introduction to EOS that’s easy to understand. Perfect for any employee to get introduced to the concept of L10s, Scorecards, etc. Gives employees insight into what they should expect from their management team when EOS is implemented, and how to hold them accountable. It started off slow with concepts, but got better when it went into the practical applications and examples. Only flaw is a bunch of filler quotes that sometimes just sounded like spam ads in the middle of the text — “EOS is so great. My job sucked before EOS.” Great… we all know that EOS is great, or we probably wouldn’t be reading this book. Other than that, it’s a good, short read.
