Silvio Santoro, a jet company owner, moved to a new town where he met Kimberly Brice, the owner of a family catering business. Silvio befriended Kimberly's father. Both Silvio and Kimberly had ended previous relationships due to heartless and non-caring partners, and their love for those partners had faded away and died. As time went by, their friendship turned into romance. Little did they know about their exes' past and present horrendous acts, which had brought tragedy to them and their families, and which would negatively affect their relationship as well, almost ending the love they shared.
