Wonderful!
I had read this book about thirty years ago and loved it then as I do now. It’s very different than the Hallmark version but just as delightful. I think I will revisit this book again in the near future because it’s just that good.
A Classic, Heart-Warming Tale
Definitely not like the tv series, but still a beautiful story of adventure, hope, and faith in the Canadian frontier. Always will enjoy this series.

What a gifted writer, I really love this book!
I’ve watched every episode of When Calls the Heart, and this book is so much better than the show, and the show is great! They really make me wish that I was alive during this time, what a wonderful gift that would be!
