When I Wake

This is a collection of short stories, each inspired by the artwork that accompanies them.  They can be read purely for the fiction they contain, or for the spiritual travels that unfold within each one of them.  These aren’t stories about enlightened beings.  They are stories about you, and about me.  About living our beautifully imperfect lives and choosing to acknowledge the miraculous, even amid the most monstrous moments.
