In this deeply personal and reflective work, I share what it looks like to return to my personal practices—meditation, journaling, walking, oracle and tarot—not as tools to escape life, but as anchors to live it more fully. The questions I once wrestled with have been answered. The intentions I once set have been refined. And the perspective I now hold was earned through lived experience.
