Meanwhile, the police summon Cyrus to Manchester to consult on the apparent suicide of Hamish Whitmore, a retired detective superintendent. Excellent book
Hard topic to read about, but great book to read. The ending was a little predictable, but I’m glad the main character got closure. Well written and developed story
The same story line
Invincible monsters who did horrible, unspeakable things to a child continue to get away with it while pursuing her. After 2 books, it’s gotten old. Very repetitive! My reading ends here.
