When the Wind Howls in New Directions

Susan Cabot opens her eyes in the hospital. She has practically no memory of what happened to her and Colton Pidcock in that hotel room, where they must have been attacked by her best friend Kate. But Susan still can’t believe it, though she struggles to remember the tragedy, she can’t get out of her head one particular detail. The scent. The scent that seems surprisingly familiar.

While Susan recovers, Colton tries his best to protect the girl he is falling for. He takes her to New York in hope of escaping future attacks. Do they manage to? Or will they face an unexpected danger?

The wind howls in new directions, and both of them have no slightest clue as to what it’s going to bring. Will they find and stop the killer, who is supposed to be Kate Plain? Or is she?

When Colton is kidnapped, all Susan can do is trust the people who surround her , hoping to find the man and put an end to the series of murders in her life. But whom should she trust? Will they be able to learn the truth and accept it? Will there be happily ever after for Colton and Susan? Those are the questions they’ll be looking throughout the novel.
