Bill Cullen, the Stage Manager for Seattle’s Emerald City Opera, struggles to survive the tragicomedy that is his life. His precocious son, and creative daughter who mothers them both, drive him totally nuts. A distance grows between them, but he must keep his family together.

Perrin Williams, Seattle’s premier boutique fashion designer, erased her past and now hides behind her success. When chosen to design the costumes for a new opera, her shields fail faster than you can sing a Wagnerian “Ho-yo-to-ho!” Bill and his children see right into her heart. A heart she’d kept very carefully hidden.

The fabric of their lives threatens to unravel when they all journey to Where Dreams Unfold.
