When a city, county or state builds a bridge that costs thousands and thousands of dollars that does not mean that they homeless have found a luxury apartment underneath the bridge.

There is neither safety or comfort sleeping on the cold concrete.

Therefore, it stands to reason that when our communities afford money for fancy bridges then perhaps, we as a community can find housing for those who are displays and must find shelter underneath those bridges.

Dedicated to all persons who find shelter under the bridges.
