A great learning tool
I was recommended this book for outreach and LOVED it! Now I’m sharing it with my teaching friends, and they can’t put it down (literally). It’s fun for adults and children of all ages. Beautiful drawing and a great story. I’m looking forward to sequels!
Excellent STEM resource
I am a scientist that works with microbes from the environment, and I am constantly looking for new resources to help kids and the public at large to understand what a microbe is, and why we care about studying them in the environment. Not Just For Kids
There are so few places one can go to get such consolidated information on deep sea microbial life. This book is an excellent way for anyone to learn about just what goes on down there and an even better way for them to then teach their children or their classroom. Either as a primary reading source, or supplimental information to microbiology lectures, you absolutely can’t go wrong by including this book…And it’s FREE!
