Whiskey for breakfast
While this is funny and keeps your interest in it, it surprisingly mirrors Evanovich’s series with Stephanie Plum. Both have bumbling women P.I.s, with humorous escapades and two hot men from which to choose. Like Stephanie, this main character chooses hot and safe. Also aligned are family connections that include awkward dinners. All in all...a fun read but disturbing that it copies the premise of another author...unwittingly or not.
Please don't leave me hanging
I just finished all three "Whiskey" books in two days. Yes, they are that good. However, the last one ends in an unforgivable manner and there doesn't seem to be another in the works. This is not acceptable! Please tell me there is more to this story and that I won't have to wait too long to find it!
