Whispering Waves

When Orlando returns to the coastal town he left behind years ago, he expects to stay only long enough to settle his grandmother's house and decide what comes next. He doesn't expect to meet Keith—a quiet, guarded man who has learned the hard way that promises don't always last and people don't always stay.

Their first meeting beside the ocean feels like an ordinary chance encounter. But as they cross paths again and again, friendship slowly becomes something deeper. Between long walks along the shore, quiet conversations, shared laughter, and moments neither man is quite ready to name, Orlando and Keith begin to discover a connection neither expected to find.

But love doesn't erase the past.

Keith still carries the scars of a relationship that ended in abandonment and betrayal. Orlando carries his own fear of losing someone he loves—and the old habit of running whenever life becomes too complicated. When Orlando receives a tempting career opportunity that could take him back to the city, the future they've begun imagining together suddenly becomes uncertain.

Can they learn to trust each other without letting their past define them?

Can Orlando choose a life based on what his heart truly wants rather than what he once believed he was supposed to want?

And can two men who have spent years protecting themselves finally believe that love can be a place to stay?

With the ocean as their constant companion, Orlando and Keith slowly discover that home isn't always a town, a house, or a place on a map.

Sometimes home is the person waiting beside you.
