Braxton 'Patch' Connors had worked with JD Howell long before the inception of Unique Services. Over the years he faced his share of enemies, but none were as difficult or as challenging as Ravyn Thomas. If it wasn't for the fact that she was the sister of his best friend, he'd avoid her permanently. But when his friend asked for his help, how could he refuse.

Ravyn Thomas never expected to see Patch again and isn't thrilled when he reappears in her life. Unfortunately, his return came at the worst possible time. A time when her life might be in jeopardy. She can't decide if she wants him to have her back or if she should just kick him to the curb.
